The Bank branch of the Northern line will be closed between Kennington and Moorgate, from Saturday 15 January 2022 to mid-May 2022.
Transport for London advises travellers "to use other Tube, rail, bus, walking and cycling routes when the closure is in place." But TfL is planning no rail replacement bus services from Clapham or Stockwell along the route of the closed Northern line!
This is not good enough, particularly for the large numbers of local residents who use the route for their commute, and for those relying on public transport for safe trips at night.
TfL should provide additional measures during these 5 months of disruption, including rail replacement bus services from Clapham and Stockwell to and from the City.

"We, the undersigned, call on Transport for London to do more to help people affected by the Northern line Bank branch disruption from January to May 2022.
Specifically, TfL should provide rail replacement bus services from Clapham and Stockwell to and from the City during these 5 months to help those who rely on the Northern line."
